Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]

Welcome to Meet Ziwei (the "Service"). The Service is run by Azurepod, Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service casts a Zi Wei Dou Shu chart from the birth details you provide, then uses AI to generate readings of that chart.

2. For reference only

Chinese astrology is a traditional way of reading a life, not a scientific prediction. Readings are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. For anything involving health, law, money, investments or other important decisions, rely on a qualified professional. Decisions you make based on a reading are your own responsibility.

3. Who may use it

If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service, including its paid features.

4. Your account

Keep your login credentials safe. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

5. Entering other people's details

If you enter the birth details of family members, friends or anyone else, get their consent first.

6. What you may not do

If you do, we may restrict or end your access.

7. Payment and refunds

8. Rights in content

The design, text and code of the Service belong to us. You may keep your own readings and share them with family and friends.

9. Changes and interruptions

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. Maintenance or events beyond our control may interrupt it.

10. Changes to these terms

Changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both sides agree that the [Taiwan Taipei District Court] is the court of first instance for any dispute.
