Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-28
This service is run by Azurepod, Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect from you, how we use it, where it is stored, and how you can delete it.
1. What we collect
What you enter to cast a chart
- A name or nickname (a made-up one is fine)
- Date of birth, time of birth, birthplace, and gender
These are needed to cast the chart. Birth details count as personal data; we use them only to cast and read the chart.
Data that exists only after you log in
- Your email address and the basic account details provided by Google sign-in
- The charts you save and your reading history
Feedback
- The Accurate / Not accurate vote on a reading, and an optional one-line note
- What you write in the feedback box, an optional email, and whether we may quote it anonymously
Those records do not include the full reading or your birth date, time, or place. An email is only so we can read it; this form does not send mail.
Monthly fortune note
- The email you give us, and the birth details of that chart. Birth details stay on the server. They never appear in a link.
- The language of the page you subscribed from. Later letters use that language.
A subscription starts only after you tap the confirmation link. On the first of each month we send one short note about the month ahead, with links back to your chart and to the twelve months in the full report, counted from the month you pay. Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell your email, and we do not use it for advertising.
Payment data
- We never store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe; we only receive records such as whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and the time.
Technical data
- IP address, browser type, and time of use. Used to stop bulk abuse of the free features and to troubleshoot problems.
What we do not collect
- Government ID numbers, home addresses, or phone numbers
- Precise location. Your birthplace is only a city name used to correct for true solar time, not where you are now.
2. How we use it
- To cast your chart and generate readings
- So your saved charts are still there the next time you log in
- To process payments and issue receipts
- To improve reading quality based on your Accurate / Not accurate votes, notes, and any short line you allow us to quote anonymously
- After you confirm, to send one monthly note on the first of each month
- To prevent abuse and keep the system secure
- To comply with legal requirements
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Where readings send your data
Readings are written by AI from the chart's rules. They are not written by hand. Generating a reading sends data to Anthropic's Claude API. What we send includes your chart data (stars, palaces, transformations and so on), your birth date and time, your gender, and the questions you type. We do not send your name or email. A two-person match sends the stars, palaces, and transformations for both charts. It does not send names, birth dates, birth times, or birthplaces.
According to Anthropic's current public statements, data sent through the API is not used to train models without explicit consent. We have not given that consent. Anthropic's data retention period is set by its own policy.
4. Where your data is stored
- The website and database are hosted in the United States.
- If you use the service from Taiwan or anywhere else, your data is transferred to the United States for processing and storage. By using the service you acknowledge and agree to this.
5. How long we keep it
- Charts and readings saved after login: kept for 12 months after the last time you use the account, then deleted automatically. To delete them sooner, email hello@meetziwei.com at any time.
- Charts cast without logging in: kept only in this browser. They are not written to our database. If you subscribe to the monthly note, that chart is kept with your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. A two-person match invite is kept for the period below.
- Monthly fortune note: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we stop sending.
- A two-person match invite: your birth details are included only after you choose to share. When a shared database is configured they sit under a random id; otherwise they are sealed into an encrypted link that cannot be read without the key. The address never shows a birthday in plain text, and the person who opens it sees your nickname only. The invite lasts at most 90 days. Birth details the other person enters stay in their browser, the same as a chart cast without logging in, and are not saved as an invite. The match text is kept for at most 14 days so the same pair is not generated twice.
- Payment and invoice records: kept for the period required by tax law. They are not deleted with the chart.
- Usage counters we store, including IP addresses: kept for at most 12 months. Host logs follow the host's own policy and are not part of that 12 months.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language and colour choices. We also set a random guest id (zw_gid) so the same browser can be recognized, for example for the free reading allowance and for feedback. It does not contain birth details. We do not use advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits; it is cookieless and only produces aggregate data. We also use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. We also use Amplitude to see the product flow: whether a chart is cast, whether the free reading is seen, and whether checkout starts. The browser keeps an anonymous device id in localStorage so events from before sign-in stay on the same device afterward. That is not an advertising cookie. After Google sign-in, later events include the account id only, not the name, email, birth date, birth time, birthplace, or chart id. When a payment completes, the server sends the amount, currency, and product code. If this visit's URL includes utm tags, we also store the source, medium, and campaign in a first-party session cookie.
7. Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access, view, copy, supplement or correct your personal data, to stop its collection, processing or use, and to have it deleted.
- There is no delete button on the site. To delete saved charts and readings sooner, or to delete the account, email hello@meetziwei.com. We will reply within 30 days.
If you are in the EU or California, the rights granted by local law (GDPR, CCPA) apply through the same contact address. California residents have the right to ask us not to sell their personal data; we do not sell it in the first place.
8. Other people's data
If you enter a family member's or friend's birth details, get their consent first. The same applies to a two-person match. They can also ask us to delete their data through the email address above.
9. Minors
If you are under 18, use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Security
The site uses HTTPS throughout. We restrict internal access, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
Changes will be posted on this page. For significant changes we will also email logged-in users.
